Mention financing on the form below or during your consultation. It does not change your design or your fixed price.

Choose your project and price
Once your design is approved you have one fixed price, so you know exactly how much you are financing.

Apply with the lender
We connect you with a lender for a short online application. The lender reviews it and explains the options available to you.

Build with a plan that fits
Payments to us follow the normal project schedule. Your arrangement with the lender is separate and set out in writing before work begins.
FAQ
Financing questions
Do you offer financing for renovations?
Yes. We can connect you with financing for outdoor kitchens, water features, basements, kitchens and bathrooms. Approval, rates and terms are set by the lender and depend on your application.
Will applying affect my credit score?
It depends on the lender and the type of check. Some lenders offer a pre-qualification that uses a soft credit check, which does not affect your score. Ask the lender before you apply so you know which check they will use.
Can I finance only part of the project?
Often, yes. Many clients pay part of the project directly and finance the rest. We can talk through the split during your consultation.
Does financing change the price of my project?
No. Your fixed price is the same whether you pay directly or use financing. Any interest or fees are charged by the lender and shown in your agreement with them.
When should I bring up financing?
As early as possible. Knowing your comfortable monthly budget helps us design the good, better and best options around it.
