FAQ
Service plan questions
When should a fountain be winterized in Ontario?
Before the first sustained hard freeze, usually late October to mid November in the GTA. Plan members are booked automatically and reminded before each visit.
Do you service outdoor kitchens and fountains you did not build?
Often, yes. We assess the installation on the first visit and let you know if anything needs attention before it can be added to a plan.
What does the Home Warranty and Repair plan cover?
Repairs to kitchen, laundry and outdoor appliances, and general home repairs such as plumbing, electrical, doors, drywall and tile, handled by our team and licensed trades with priority booking. The exact coverage, limits and exclusions are set out in your written plan agreement before you sign up.
Do I need to be a renovation client to join a plan?
No. Plans are open to homeowners across the areas we serve. We visit first to check the home and its appliances before a plan starts.
How are visits scheduled?
Visits are scheduled automatically each season. You receive reminders two weeks and two days before each visit, and can see upcoming visits in your client portal.
