FAQ
Kitchen Renovations: common questions
How much does a luxury kitchen renovation cost?
Cost depends on size, layout changes, cabinetry, stone and appliances. We give you a fixed price after design, with good, better and best options.
How long will we be without a kitchen?
Usually 6 to 10 weeks on site. Because materials are ordered during design, the time without a working kitchen is kept as short as possible.
Can you remove a wall to open the kitchen?
Often, yes. Load-bearing walls need engineering and a permit, which we arrange before demolition.
Do you supply appliances?
We can coordinate appliances through your preferred supplier or recommend options, and design cabinetry around exact models.
Will I see the design before construction?
Yes. You review the full kitchen in 3D with your selected finishes before you approve the fixed price.
