Who we are
Lintel Construction is a renovation company serving Toronto, the GTA and beyond, Ontario. We handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
When you request a consultation we collect your name, email, phone number, town, project details and anything you choose to tell us. For clients, we also keep project records such as contracts, signatures, photos, payments and messages. Our website records how you arrived, including advertising click identifiers and campaign tags, and uses cookies for analytics and advertising measurement.
How we use it
To respond to your request, prepare designs and quotes, deliver and document your project, schedule service visits, and send messages you have asked for. We use advertising and analytics data to understand which of our ads and pages are useful. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us operate: website hosting, database hosting, email delivery, file storage, analytics and advertising measurement (including Google), and AI tools used to prepare design briefs. Trades working on your project receive only what they need to do the work. Some providers may store data outside Canada.
Cookies and advertising
We use Google Ads and Google Analytics to measure visits and enquiries. When you submit a form, a hashed version of your email and phone may be shared with Google to measure ad performance. You can control cookies in your browser and manage Google ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for up to two years. Project records are kept for as long as needed for warranties, legal and tax requirements.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or stop hearing from us, at any time through our contact page. Every email we send includes a way to opt out.
