Town of Aurora, York Region
Luxury renovations in Aurora
Aurora's estate neighbourhoods and treed lots suit outdoor living on a generous scale: covered kitchens, fire features and fountains framed by mature landscape.
Inside, we renovate kitchens, basements and bathrooms in both established homes and newer custom builds, always with a fixed price before we begin.
Neighbourhoods
Aurora Estates, Hills of St. Andrew, Aurora Highlands, Aurora Heights, Bayview Wellington.
Permits and approvals
Parts of Aurora are on the Oak Ridges Moraine and some properties are regulated by the Lake Simcoe Region Conservation Authority. We confirm requirements early and handle Town of Aurora permits.
